I love crows and share their habits of collecting interesting little objects, so of course I needed to make crow earrings. I cut these from lightweight wood, individually hand-paint each pair, and dangle a few glittery beads from them for good measure.

I use niobium ear wires because niobium is one of the most hypoallergenic and non-reactive metals available (more so than sterling silver, which may contain small amounts of nickel and other reactive metals).

Have plugs? I can convert this earring design to use a hinged steel infinity loop that can slide through a standard tunnel plug. This allows you to use your own tunnels that are comfortable for your ears.
